Rifle Scopes newbie needing ring help

I just bought a savage 10ba. My question is i have bought a bushnell 6-24-50 elite tactical. What rings do i need to mount. IT is a 30mm tube. How tall to i need and do i need a moa base, I think thats what there called?

yes on the 20 moa base, that bushnell wont have a lot of elevation. Med rings will definitely do it Low might work
