Once my stock and barrel are done on my semi-custom Rem 700p .338lm, I'm gonna begin the wait for a suppressor. Who are the top companies I should look into?

+1 for TBAC. Why? Minimal and repeatable poi, not to mention top notch customer service and they're industry supporters.

You might want to think about the TBAC 338BA as well. The setup is a little heavier and more expensive due to the brake, but if you need/want to shoot without the can you will still get some recoil reduction. The 338 can be a bit unpleasant to shoot without either a can or a brake. I chose the BA over the P-1 for this reason.

TBAC as stated above. Im in the process of waiting right now for a 30p-1.

My top 3 were the ThunderBeast, AWC, and AAC. I like the idea of the "over the muzzle break" install.

I can appreciate an Elite Iron can build quality along with great prices but the major drawback is that they are nearly twice a heavy as a TBAC can. One main reason I would go TBAC over an Elite Iron. If I was a Montana resident I would probably go with them to support local business and to avoid a transfer but other than that I would go TBAC. Just my .02.

TBAC is a great can and is backed by a great company. I shoot a TBAC and have no complaints with accuracy or repeatability.
