I would say that is on the high side. Depends on how you are measuring your powder, seating, brass type, mixed headstamp, and a bunch of other variables.
Put your numbers in here and calc the standard deviation
100 is way too high, Tim could you please explain your loading process so we can help you lower it, also what chronograph are you using, if its a Chrony that might be your problem.

If its a large rifle try the cci br2. My es went wayyy down but I lost about 30 fps. But I shoot in matches where Es & sd are a big deal. And 30 fps isn't a big deal
