Tactical Assault Gear info?

Does anyone know if T.A.G. is still in business? The website has been down for a while and I haven't been able to reach a human at the number I have for their customer service. If someone has a contact or a good customer service number, I would appreciate it.

Shellback Tactical seems to be, for all intents, the same company. I just completed two orders with them when I discovered the same thing as you about TAG's website. They had the same products that I was going to buy from TAG at the exact same prices.

I believe both business names are owned by LC Industries.

Thanks plong, I suspected as much. I have a durability issue with a TAG pack I picked up about a year ago and wanted to contact the manufacturer or key distributer. Looks like it's Shellback.

Update:
I got ahold of a customer service rep for TAG. He said that the website was down, and that while TAG and Shellback are part of LC industries, they are separate entities.

I sent my pack back to them with an explanation of the problem and they had it repaired and back to me in about 10 days(including the weekend).

While I don't appreciate being without the pack and having to pay the $11 to ship it, I do appreciate the quick response and overall professional helpfulness of the guys at TAG. Thanks for standing behind your product. This was not my first TAG purchase, and I will definitely continue to buy from them.

BTW, the website is up and running again.
