Rifle Scopes Bushnell HDMR W/ illuminated reticle

Today I called Bushnell and asked a service rep if the illuminated HDMR riflescope will be available this month (March).
He said its intro was delayed until April. The illumination will be a main crosshairs dot only, adjustable in eleven brightness levels.

If I spend the money on an HDMR I might as well spend a bit more for an illuminated dot. I can wait - so can my checking account.

The illumination knob is nice in that there is a neutral position between every setting.

You might want to wait a while. They tried to illuminate the original prototypes but, abandoned the project due to high failure rate.
