Who did the paint job and is it cerakote? I've been trying to figure out what type of paint I want on my rig. Is that target from 100 yards?

I did the paint job with both Rustoleum and Krylons camo line of spray paint. Yes, that is the first time I shot the rifle and was at 100 yards.
