If I would've had a child, I would've named the girl Julianna Michelle and the boy Dylan Alexander.
For shooting names I like Kimber and Remmy. My daughter is Laykin and our girl due in June/July will be Marisa.

My kids due next month. Unanimous decision was Colton for us. I'd go with Kimber for her. All of my family's girls names have to end in "a", its a tradition. Glad mine is a boy.
Go with something traditional. If I had a girl, I'd go with Catherine. Short name Kate.

Here are some unique ones that you won't hear called every other second on the playground, Namuyak, it means lucky one, or Nkasiogi, it means the one who is always in a hurry, Tanei, or Liloe, no meaning. These names are Maasai and anyone with a bit of world knowledge knows the Maasai are some fierce warriors and great hunters.

Had a baby girl back in January and we named her Emma Joelle, which wasn't even on our list. Just came to us after she was born. We have named both of our children after they were born, guess we wanted to meet them first. Named our son Evan Dayne, after doing this same thing here on the Hide. Got quite a few name suggestions. Too easy for kids to put a "N" on the end of it. Just sayin' kids are mean like that. The name has to be bully proof.

What ever you name your kid, please for the love of God spell it correctly. A friend of mine married a gal with a 3 year old boy named Mehsyn (pronounced Mason). Those regular names with fucked up spelling are one of my pet peeves.
I'm in for Catherine. It sounds royal. And "Kate", is very cute, and easy. Also, If you watch NCIS, isn't Kate what a marine sniper calls his rifle?

You should use names that kick ass, like Walker and Texas Ranger. If you want wussies name 'em Dr Quinn and Medicine Woman.
I went to high school with a kid named Skylar, word on the street is he is a gay prostitute in San Francisco today. I know 10 people with a 1-8 year old named Aiden. In 2007 it was 27ths most common name, and has been in the top 10 since then mostly.
I never liked the name, because I always thought it sounded like a product you use on cockroaches.
Keep it something the girl will like , Rose , Lin, some of the 'different' names can cause the girl to be picked on because of the name.
