I believe I see a selector switch there, whether it is a safety or takedown lever I'm not sure. I also believe that there's some "interesting" welding going on there, but that depends on the circumstances.

They should have used 6013 rod but I'm sure they only had 6011 laying around the shop. Why didn't they hit it with the 9" grinder to clean it up?
