OCW test with or without suppressor?

I'm currently looking for the right load in my .223 using 69 smk and 23 - 24 grains of H335. 23.5 works fine with no signs of over pressure (haven't used the suppressor yet as I just got stamps on Friday) but I want to know if I should run this test with or without the SDN-6 I just got. Will running an OCW test to find out proper charge weight with a suppressor give me inaccurate info?

All the loads I've developed with the can on shot just as well with the can off. There will be a slight velocity boost depending on the can and the loads, but I haven't noticed any accuracy difference. I might not be good enough to shoot the difference though.

To answer your question, if you plan on shooting mostly with the can on, develop your load with the can and verify the load with the can off.

Unless your on the ragged edge there should be little to no difference can on or off, I get a 10fps increase with my Shark on,

It only stands to reason to shoot the test in the configuration you're going to be running the gun.
