cant get 123amax to shoot out of my CBI.. :(

used varget and h4350.... varget ive tried 39 to 41gr

and 42 to 44gr h4350....
the 140amax shoot .5


tested every "good load" listed here

I'd almost guarantee you'll find a node with H4350 in the 44.4-45.0gr range.

Very surprised Varget didn't shoot well for you; 120/123s and 39.3gr Varget shoots bugholes from my 26" 1:8 CBI and a 22" 1:9 Rem 700 factory barrel (though slower than H4350).

You measuring to the ogive or tip? Load them .020" off the lands when measured to the ogive.

I got decent accuracy from the 123g AMAX in my 6.5 Creed. Switched to 123g Lapua and cut groups in half.

You should notch the feed ramp. Every smith who installs DBMs with AI mags notch the feed ramps so that the shooter can use the whole length of the magazine. You can do it at home with a dremel tool as well. With the way the magazine center feeds the feed ramp isn't even used.

I believe he has a Criterion 260 Match chamber prefit, which means yes its looooooooooooooong at 0.160.
