tikka action screw torque

any body know or have link to initial torque setting recommendations for the tikka T3 (scout model)? thanks.

I found 40 to 45 to be best on the factory stock when I was still running mine.

tighten the screws to where they're just taking up the slack. The tap the butt of the stock on the ground a few times to settle the action into the recoil lug. Then snug the front screw, then the back screw. Then tighten the front screw to spec, and then the back screw to spec.

thanks a bunch. that makes perfect sense. i will use the process after i install my new steel recoil lug,replacing the factory aluminum item.
