It is official, Rifles Only is headed back to Michigan in August to teach another 3 Day Precision Rifle 1 course. The demand for this was overwhelming so we set it up again. Spots are limited. Check out our site for more details: Courses details
Hope to see some of you there.

I missed this last year due to a family vacation, but not this time around - just registered a few minutes ago.

The range is in the town of dorr not much there. Your best bet will be holland or grandville would be my rec. Bunch of places to eat in both. Dont miss bunker hill just west of the range on 142 street great burger and fry.

I've signed up for the class too. Anyone familiar with the area that could recommend a hotel. I'd like to get that out of the way sooner than later.

I stayed at the Microtel in Holland for last years class; good price, clean room, fine bed and good wifi LOL. Food and entertainment is just a couple minutes away and I think the range was about 20 minutes IIRC. Jacob is a great instructor, your going to enjoy the class...

I did a little AAR last year, starts on page two with pics taken by Graham and Lisa

Signed up for this class. Very much looking forward to starting to learn the basics from well-regarded instructors (Jacob, Graham and others). This is just what I needed, and it is reasonably close. I did not want to miss the opportunity.

Ok here's the deal. If I'm going to put 300 rounds down range I'd like to at least have the "Jewell 2 stage Trigger Remington 700" If I find this soon, I will sign up. Backorder everywhere I've checked.

Hey! VVillium will be brining his, and I just out shot him with it last weekend!! Maybe you can share. Will see everyone there. (Sorry Jason)

Sorry, Only have the X-treme shooting two stage. Thankfully it's back in working order. Either way, we are getting close. Getting pretty excited

Don't forget a properly adjusted sling for positional shooting. Jacob loves sitting/kneeling and alternative positions. This year at the Bushnell brawl there was a 400 yard kneeling stage on a 9x12 steel target... Which would be excellent use of a 500m range.

Been a few years (7) since I had to snap in for hours. Be easy on our knees please? I will start practicing now.

It won't be for hours. Jacob has a relaxed, easy-going style.

But bring your questions because I have seen him fix bad habits and provide methods to those who have physical handicaps/issues, like muscle tightness due to surgeries, eyesight problems, and even missing limbs.

I'll try to get a better (read: needlessly long-winded) report up at some point in the next few days, but in short, this was easily the best money I've spent in the pursuit of precision rifle shooting. Jacob, Lisa, and Graham are great instructors, the information presented was straightforward and easy to understand, and the interaction with other students was a ton of fun.

If we are so blessed as to see the return of this course next year, I'd highly recommend it to anyone in the midwest (and in fact, I'm already working on talking my wife into taking it).

This is the second time I attended this course. It is really THAT GOOD! My thanks goes to Graham for arranging this and making it happen. Jacob and Lisa are the dynamic duo. In my profession, over the past 30 years, I have had much interaction with educators. Jacob's skill at transferring knowledge both efficiently and effectively is remarkable! He does this and is funny as hell too! What else could anyone want if they are truly interested in learning the fundamentals.

"Believe the Bullet!!!"

Thank you. See you at the Brawl!!!
