Here is the new stock, I am really diggin it. I will post some more pics tonight. Gun went from 22.6# down to 19.2#. When I saw the first stock in person, it was great but rough around the edges then they decided to build this one knowing that I had to have it back by August 25th. They delivered early, which is rare in the gunsmith world. I am glad, so far, that it has turned out so well.

It is funny how the flash reflects differently off of the weave. Never noticed that before.

Classic Barrel Works has a guy make them that is in the aerospace industry. Not sure of the business name but Classic barrel works will hook you up.

It is definately muzzle heavy, not so bad that I am worried about it. The next barrel will be shorter so that will help. This barrel is 29.5", so it is long to begin with. Most of the weight ditched is from the grip forward.

what caliber is that? it looks like a short action so im wondering what would warrant the almost 30" barrel, f-class rig? either way, it looks great

It is a 6.5x47L. I agree that the barrel is way to long but I bought it as a barreled action. I was gonna shorten it but figured I would burn it out first. 3800 rounds later, I still have not done that. It has gotta be soon.

This was the first one they had put a rifle in. I will let you guys know when they tell me. I am having them build at least 2 more for upcoming rifles and will see if we can get a bulk buy going.
