I have an Underground Skunkworks Perseus that has a 20" 308 barrel. Awesome rifle!
Mike Bush and crew make some mighty fine rifles out in Columbia Falls, Montana. They are also easy to work with. Give Chris a call at BlackOps and he can help you with a build.
Just to add a little more. Here is my BlackOps Perseus and Recon together. The Recon is in 6.5mm Creedmoor and barreled action is black vice Perseus which is 20" and a 308...keeps me from grabbing the wrong ammo.

Awsome rifles, I had the chance to shoot one when they first came out, very impressive rifle. Smooth and solid, loved it.
I actually just acquired one in a trade. I simply wanted the scope that I found for sale on craigslist. When I contacted the owner he said he was actually getting rid of the rifle as well. Long story short they both came home with me yesterday. I've been wanting to build a custom rifle and this isn't exactly what I wanted. The rifle has very few rounds through it. I would say 75 or less. Just don't know much about it. Don't know if this would be a good one to just keep and learn on or sell it and buy what I really want.

I am sure if for some reason you don't want it there would be many people who would buy it from you if the price is right!
I have it leaning on my Harris bc I can't mount it to the atlas rail. Gun has one of the best finishes on it I have ever seen. Came with a two month old Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56mm and a 5 round AI mag and another 10 round mag (non AI). Serial number is in the 1000's so Mr. Bush told me the action was built by defiance to his proprietary spec. Not my choice of camo but then again I just wanted the scope and came home with a gun as well
Man, I love that gun! I remember when the original owner posted pics, I would love to own that thing. Don't sell that rifle cheap, it's definitely worth some coin.
