Gunsmithing Flush Cup install

Was wondering if someone could suggest someone to do a flush cup install on 2 stocks I have.

I went to someone local here and after asking 2 questions promptly left as I foresaw a total disaster. Called a 'high end' smith in my area of the state and they seem to think this is below them.

Well, it's 2 stocks and I have all the hardware. I know its doable at home, but with a Manners and a HS Precision long-action M24A2 that is over a year on backorder, I'm not taking any chances with screwing it up.

Any suggestions? Would prefer someone thats comfortable doing this, has done a ton of them and has a quick turn time.

Send the Manners back to them for install. The HS I have no idea.

Use Hooper Ordnance. He did one for me and it's solid, he can explain how he puts them in. And be introduced to a southern dialect in the meantime!
