It would be nice
but I hope it's not going to be like cans where we have to have a CLEO sign off or need a trust to own one....
That would be great!
But truth be told I wish they would move the bill out of committee so we in the south could use handgun cartridges in rifles during the firearm deer season... it’s been passed over to committee now two or three years in a row.
Yea but with one minor detail- It's also an added $300-400 tacked on to the cost...it will be. just do what I did and get a gun trust/firearms trust. allows you to totally bypass finger printing and having the CLEO sign off on it.

I know about the stamp but where are you getting your trust written up for free?..it's a $200 tax stamp, same as a suppressor. it sucks, but it's the price you have to pay to play. much better than the alternative.![]()

you can do them yourself for free if you're comfortable doing that, they're not hard to do really. I paid an attorney that specialises in them to handle mine, wasn't that much....few hundred maybe. It's worth it for me in the long run......instead of waiting 6-8 months to buy a can I can get one in about 5-6 weeks. Can leagally own full auto and other NFA weapons. nice thing with the trust is that anyone listed on it can use any of the items leagally.
Care to explain how you get a can in 5-6 weeks? I have mine in a trust and it takes just as long as it does if you were transferring it as an individual.
