Sorry if this had been covered but I can't find any recent conversations on this topic. As the title says I am looking for the best (durable/repeatable) quick detach scope mount with about 1.5" tall. I am looking at bobro, larue or ???

Yes this is for a precision rifle. I guess that should have been my first question.... Are there any QD mounts good enough for a precision rifle.

Awesome mount. Mine has always returned to zero. It is built like a tank. It is costlier than the Larue though.
And then theres the GDI P-Rom... with a price in the stratosphere.

I suppose it's R&D costs? I have no idea. If they were in the low $300 territory most of my mounts would be GDI. At the current price most of my mounts are Bobro and I'm just fine with that. They've never failed to return to zero but I'm only a half Moa shooter on a really good day. Generally I shoot closer to 3/4 Moa. Not a Benchrest guy so I could not attest to GDIs .2 Moa return to zero guarantee.
