Does anyone have any information on this vendor? I ordered some ammo from him Feb 11th and have not heard since. He cashed my check but does not return emails and his voice mailbox is full. www.dallasReloads.com

Custom reloads is no longer a vendor on here.
His track record for the past year has been less than stellar, he is quick to cash, and slow to communicate. I have known Chad or a while but can no longer allow him to do business on here. I think he means well, but the track record shows otherwise.
We can't hand hold a vendor so they do the right thing, but we can make sure the ones that don't are not invited back.
Keep on him, but be firm.
I spoke with Chad today. Got a bag full of brass I am sending him tomorrow. No worries here.
I ended up just buying my own stuff as well, nothing to do with Chad, just that ammo is not readily available. Only pain in the ass is powder and primers, I have everything else now.Well I need to update my post here. After speaking with Chad and him telling me he could take care of my order, I called him back the next day to send him my brass. His voice mailbox was full but was able to get a hold of him via email. It was at that time he stated that he couldn't get the dies needed for my round. End result, I kept my brass and am now in the process of purchasing my own reloading equipment. Parts and supplies are out there, you just have to do a little searching to get it all. I have orders from no less than 6 different vendors in transit right now with more to come over the next week. Gonna learn how to load my own.
That's good to know. I saw a post in the "Options and Accessories" section from him recently stating he had 300 BLK in stock, and I just assumed he was a vendor here [/insert the old adage here] so I didn't go looking for any kind of reviews or other information about him or his services. I ordered 400 rounds of 300 BLK over the phone from him, only ordering ammo that was in stock because I needed it fairly quickly. He told me it would go out the next day. That was two weeks ago. I wanted it for opening weekend of deer season this past weekend, and my dad, cousin, and brother-in-law were all counting on me to bring it so we could decrease the hog population at our place. I started calling last week and his voicemail was full. Today, saw that my card had already been charged, so I decided it was time to start looking into this further and came upon this thread.Custom reloads is no longer a vendor on here.

Chad used to load ammo as a part-time business, now he is doing it full time. I know Chad pretty well. He is not out to cheat anyone out of their money, but he can be forgetful. You just have to keep trying to contact him. I think that's just the way he is. He knows his stuff, when it comes to loading ammo. He has had a very hard time getting components and he buys it by the pallet!
I was interested in placing an order today, but had a couple questions so I decided to call first. After a few attempts the results were the same, strait to voicemail message, and the voicemail itself was full. This was an instant red flag for me so I decided to look at some reviews online which brought me here. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering any ammunition from this company from the stories I have heard regarding lack of shipping and communication.
