Im gonna start reloading for my 1st ar
got lots of lc brass -cci primers
looking at bullets at pvi
which of these will work best
or will all of them work for ar coal-feed requirements ?
.224 55 GR FMJ-BT W/C
.224 55 GR SP W/C
.224 77 gr. HPBT MatchKing
thanks for any help

What are you doing with the AR? Short range blasting? 600 yard competition? Kind of makes a difference as to bullet choice. I wouldn't waste money on heavy match bullets if I was shooting 10-200 yard 3 gun or just plinking. But if you are shooting long range precision then the heavier bullets would be a better choice.

335 sounds good except I got lots of Varget for my 223 bollt
I'm gonna use it maimly for dogs 20-200 yards so I picked up some of the nos cc 77"s sweet deal thanks for heads up on those

The amax in 75gr is a great value in the 600 packs. Works well with varget.
The 80gr amax is also a good one in 600 packs too. slower but the bullet efficiency makes up for the initial loss.
Accurate has a nice reloading book for NATO pressure loads.
Also might enjoy some of these match winning accuracy loads. Might need variations to find out what your barrel likes...

Shoot straight and stay safe.
