I just got my Black Rain Ordinance 308 back today. It was its second trip back to them for warranty. It had a problem ejecting the spend round from the chamber. The first trip they replaced the Bolt and extractor arm. This trip back they replaced the whole BC and bolt. Apparently the bolt carrier had a defect. They had to spin it on a lathe to see the problem with the factory BC. The just shot case and the fresh bullet would jam up. So basically a stove pipe. So they replaced it with a JP low mass (LMOS) BC and enhanced JP bolt. I don't think it has a adjustable gas block. It is my understanding in order to get the benefits of this BC I need to have a adjustable block. Here are some pics.

I was going to sell it after they finally got it running right. I didn't feel right doing the same thing the last person did to me, selling me a bunk rifle with problems as something that ran flawlessly.
The next rifle I was going to buy was going to be a JP or at minimum a Rifle built with JP parts specifically the LMOS is what I was going to design it around. I am considering keeping it now with the new parts. Ironically the parts they used are the the same parts I was going to use in my next build.
What should I do?
