Rifle Scopes scoping a sig 716

Would a ACOG 3.5x35 with 7.62 reticle be better or a S&B 1.1-4 ?

Only these scopes are available to me

I want it for quick 5-800m stuff.

I have the 16 inch patrol version

I've shot steel to 600yds with the ACOG. Just have to get use to the BDC in the optic.

thanks for the reply. Think I'll stick to the ACOG for the AR10. With a 16 inch pencil barrel its not really a tack driver. I'll use the S&B for something else.

I have the same rifle and I wouldn't put anything less than a 2.5-10X32 on it if you intend to shoot 800 yards. I have a 4-16X50 PST FFP on mine.

I have Sig716 with 16 inch barrel and Leupold 3.5-10x30 on it ... works out to 600yds the farthest I can shoot around where I am.
