Recently came across material about the seizure of the Moscow University tanker by Somali pirates. The tanker was released by our Russian military, the pirates were captured. It should be noted that you will not look at these pirates without tears - dystrophics. It's just hellish poverty, not the brink of survival, but the brink of death. But I am not talking about the problems of Somalis.
The pirates, of course, had weapons and, of course, they were Kalashnikov assault rifles. And they even fired while capturing the ship. And then the pirates somehow shot from our fighters. How effectively they fired - the question is different. But shot back! Look at these trunks. I can not imagine what other weapons would work in this state.

After the cameras were turned off the pirates should have been thrown overboard.

Reminds me of the 20mm Lahti anti-tank gun.Details are probably in Vintage... but that's a German 1918 T-Gewehr anti-tank gun. One of the rarest guns on the planet. I happen to have one. But ammo is completely unavailable. So watching someone shoot one or more cartridges is intriguing!
There was a guy in France offering 'turned' cartridges that you could re-load. But it was sort of a solid brass bar with a hole up the middle for powder. I assume that is what these are. Because the recoil looks light. The legend is that these were beyond punishing.

I can turn up some shells in the 'french' model. But if there is a supply of original rounds out there... I am not aware of them.
