I say do it, let entire NFA go to Supreme Court for review....hopefully strike it all down

i dont think that's a good idea at all. Even Scalia in his opinion in Heller said that "reasonable" restrictions are constitutional, including MGs etc. I wouldnt count on the SC overturning all of it, or any of it.

trying to predict the future, if the SC struck down the NFA, I would guarantee that the next Dem president would add supreme court justices to the court as they have been floating since FDR.
 
In all honesty, I couldn't give 2 shits about ANY court opinion regarding the 2A. The SCOTUS is just the tip of the "unelected cabal" that is our judicial system and I would not comply with their possible (or any future) decision/opinion that would be counter to the 2A. Until the 2A is repealed, lawfully according to the mechanisms presented in the Constitution, then I will continue to reply to every gun law with I WILL NOT COMPLY, and then some form of GO FUCK YOURSELF.
