There were an estimated 500 people in line at our local store this morning before the 10 a.m. opening...... toilet paper and paper towels were the top of the list. I was there at 10:20 and there was none..... been shopping the store since it opened in 1989 and never experienced that. There was also zero Folgers coffee, canned chicken breast, or pulled pork.... and only a 4 packs of Spam. Hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes..... no chance.
I have inventory...... except for coffee. ?you are like 2 weeks too late
Just watching our nightly news down here, our state police are refusing to man random breath testing stations to minimise their contact with the public....
That is Pointe du Hoc. The entire hilltop is covered in these shelling craters. There are still parts of the German bunkers out there as well as the tunnels connecting different positions. One of my favorite spots in all of France
Things are taking turns incredibly crazy, weird, and nutso. I understand caution overall like many different illnesses, but media is hardly balancing bad with the other side of being overall informative real. There is hysteria on the media. I have to watch and hear from my other sources as this takes its course. Even though older myself, I’m not worried. In good shape overall luckily so far. Never have issues w/health or need of any meds at all in life. ?

Not being flip, just not buying into total crazy out there in MSM. It’ll get sorted out right as we get more and more good useful information. There are those for whom it could lead to a very serious illness. But this is true of many viruses.

Yes mate, random blood alcohol checks, they set up on roads where you can't avoid them and pull everyone over to blow in the machine.

I chopped up some hot peppers last night and didn’t bother wearing gloves. I know better than to touch my face or nether regions afterwards. It makes you really conscious of how often you normally touch your face. That’s for sure.
Our idiot governor just shut down all NM schools for 3 weeks. Universities are to continue as normal....
My daughter's university shut down effective end of day today. One professor tested positive.

I made the mistake of going to the grocery store last night after going to PetSmart to get a few things for the new puppy. You would have thought this was the end times. Bare shelves EVERYWHERE. No poultry, very little beef, No pasta on the entire row of pasta. There wasn't any condiments on the shelf other than a few small container of mustard. Then I went to get in line. How about 30-40 people in each line.
I had literally 9 items in my cart. There were people who had 2 full carts.
CRAZY.
Make no mistake about it, this virus is a killer. But not everyone is going to die. The elderly and folks with compromised immune systems, must take this outbreak VERY SERIOUSLY. The average person on the street, may get sick, but it's not going to be a death sentence.
MSM has made this virus what it is today. Donald Trump has already been blamed for it, so you can bet it will be an issue come November.
Yep stupid everywhere. The amount of stupid and fear being displayed by some people about this whole thing is crazy.
Maryland shut down all public schools for 2 weeks. Private schools have been asked to follow suit. As far as I know, most have or will shut down next week. They also are restricting all gatherings of 250 or more people. This also includes church services.
CRAZY.
My wife works at a hospital here in Buffalo... they were just told all NY schools (statewide) will be closed starting next week for 3 weeks.
This didn't happen with H1N1, even though it actually killed children... why is this so different? Media and political scare tactics...
