Cool as an engineering exercise, but overly complicated.
If you can only afford a Single shot H+R, its an overkill.... buy it's like the bolt action conversions to make them semi auto or a full auto subgun.... cool historical solutions

here’s my daughter’s:

had to grind down the back of the V7 gas block slightly to work with that hand guard, but we were going for a very specific aesthetic!
My daughter would say, “hell no!!! I want a black or camo one please!!”
Of course today she wore a skort I bought her and pink Keen sandals I got her, so who knows?
I know her normal is all tomboy and just like her dad.
She loves carhartts n flannel....
Her current rifle has a red, white, and blue laminate stock and she keeps asking for this little Browning mini 1911 in .22 with similar grip panels.
