There is a 57 Chevy 2 dr a few miles from me that is gradually getting to this state....it hasn't moved since the late 60's and is slowly becoming one with the dirt. I don't know the story behind it but I'm assuming it probably belonged to a son killed in Vietnam, and this is a monument to him. And yes, many people have tried to buy it (when it was actually salvageable) they finally had to put up a big "NOT FOR SALE" sign
Not making any boils on the surface though.

I was sight casting to a 40" snook last Thursday and just as soon as the greenie hit the water, a big assed school of jacks came through.

I went back to work three days a week. This retirement shit is not what I was thinking and there are so many jobs out there I got an offer I couldn't refuse. Thing is I just spent three day's working on a Pantera. You don't work on them you put them on like a shirt. These old bones feel like I just went ten rounds with a better fighter. Runs good though.

Took these while trout fishing on the bank at Lake Taneycomo. Caught a few nice rainbows and browns as well.
Go over to “Anglers Outfitters” and ask the guy behind the counter what they’re hitting. I fished below the dam and over at Cooper Creek off the dock.
I didn’t pack my fly gear for this trip but, next trip I’m taking fly gear and the kayak.
