No kidding, you're in Little Rock? I just moved out of LR last year but I'm only an hour and a half away. We should meet up and do some shooting and beers afterward some time.

Try the pride edition. It's fantastic and the aluminum bottles are collectible!
My wife's way more of an IPA fan than me, but this one's pretty dang good.
Haven't tried the 120 yet but will give it a shot. Didn't know IPA's had been around for ten years, just started drinking them in the last couple years.

much longer than that, but perhaps mostly in certain areas. one of my favorites, pliny the elder, has been around for over 20 years.
if you like those, doubles and triples, you would probably like pliny the elder, or especially pliny the younger, but the younger is only sold on tap at some places (one of which i was blessed to frequent). this little deli in orange supported the microbrewery scene from the beginning, and they have rewarded him by always treating him like they did when they were struggling.I'm not an IPA aficionado, but here are two I tried recently that I would buy again.
Here is another good one, Chimay Blue. It kind of has a cool story. It is a trappist beer, and like all trappist beers it must be made by monks. Those dudes sure do have the art of beer making down
The British are actually responsible for the IPA and it goes back to the occupation of India. In order to make their beer last on the long trip to India, extra hops was added and the alcohol content increased.
this bottle of speedway stout will be 20 years old in 2023.
Porters or Stouts. Founders Breakfast Stout is a nice one. Probably one of my favorites. None of that manbun IPA stuff.
I found this while traveling in New England. They make some killer dark beers up there.
manbuns started after 2010, and 15 years after the first IPAs made by micros and home brewers.

Their first brewery is in my hometown. They hit some out of the park and some suck. Their Celebration XMas beer is really hit or miss, year to year. Pretty good this year. For volume, I’m a coors light guy. Always bottles. Canned beer gets poured into a glass.
Dragons Milk will kick your ass. Delicious, but more than one and you better not plan on driving or operating heavy equipment..One of my favorite dark beers

Americans have been duped into thinking they are "king" or the "champagne" of beer. Sorry, not sorry.
Rumor in the brewing industry was that brewing for Bud was a coveted position, from a technical standpoint. The flavor profile permits no errors, and it is brewed on such a massive scale, so any flaws that ship out will be massive as well.

Years ago New Belgium changed the recipe for Fat Tire and it wasnt the same. was way better before to me. I know a couple home brewer guys who make batches of the old and its pretty darn tasty.
When FT was pretty new, I liked it. Of course I was in Nebraska and was pretty happy with a Sam Adams Boston Lager or a Guinness at the time, but was just 21. Oh, and 1554 from new Belgium was and is still a darn tasty one!
Always loved the full flavors more than the light beer.
Though I have been known to kill a case of Miller Lite. 24 cans. 24 hrs in a day. Coincidence?? I think not!!!

“American style lagers” are a product/casualty of WWII grain rationing that forced them to use rice as filler for the barley that they could not afford to buy. The best thing you can say about them is that they are mostly tasteless and chuggable. I will admit to drinking one or 2 after mowing the lawn. And, a Coors Light (which I would never drink otherwise) sure tastes good at the turn of an 18 hole golf course on a 100 degree day.
