This is why Pelosi is admonishing the press - the debt ceiling. They have to pass this by reconciliation and only have the Defense ReAuthorization or Build Back Better to attach to. D Day is @ 12/15/21

Other organizations put the X-date somewhere between mid-December and mid-February. If McCarthy manages to prevent a raise in the debt ceiling through attachment to the NDAA, the pressure will be on McConnell again. If he does not blink, the Democrats still have the possibility to include it in the reconciliation bill (Build Back Better), which is also on the political agenda this month.

So my wife has been waiting on an Amazon order that is overdue. Tracking abruptly stops. She calls Amazon to inquire about status and is informed by the nice lady on the phone that Amazon is having a rash of their trucks being "hijacked." They are shipping her another one.

I honestly think Title 9 is a load of total bullshit, limits men's sports unnecessarily, and leads to all sorts of unjust, bullshit outcomes because of how freakishly stupidly it is constructed..., that said...
