Already and issue if you look at hybrids in the picture. Honestly not sure how the tax should be computed. For example: Person 1 drives 30k a year but of that 30k, 10k was in town the other 20k was driving from say Florida to Wyoming, then FL to TX, etc. Person 2 drives 25k around the city they are in. Who's doing the most damage? Is it equal or is person 2 damaging local infrastructure more?

I don't think it's as simple as miles driven because weight has a big part of how a road holds up. Maybe its weight? I know that all these subsidies they give hybrid, electric owners just doubles (or more) the tax loss .

What it boils down to is that the life expectancy of the vaccinated is dropping like a rock. As a minimum the vaccinated are looking at heart inflammation of some kind or VAIDS or a combination of the two. There are cases of vaccinated pregnant women that are spontaneously aborting further reducing the birth rate. Population control, and to a large degree eugenics, is in full swing.
