This is the first that I heard of MLK making that statement. I liked most of what he said but this is a little bit of a shocker and started some research and came across this long article.
The takeaway from this article is that King thought there was something wrong with American capitalism. After reading the article and if the author is to be believed, I think MLK's real problem was not with "capitalism" but crooked and racist corporations.
There were some back then. However, the "woke" corporations are not any different than the ones that discriminated against people of color back then.
The only difference that the "woke" corporations don't like white, conservative Christians. That makes them just as racist as some of the ones from over 50 years ago.
That's not an indictment of "capitalism" but of some of the bad eggs in companies that operate in a capitalistic economy. IMHO, it looks like MLK was painting with too wide of a brush.

Was Martin Luther King a Socialist?
Brandon Terry writes that it might be better to stop asking whether King was a socialist, and instead ask what King the public philosopher can teach socialists today. The iconic public philosopher has much to teach today’s radicals and visionaries, whatever their politics.www.plough.com
Curious if any of you healthcare industry members have seen this happening?

Communists don't like the concept of private property, Black people don't like being private property... checks out.MLK was a communist sympathizer at best. Possibly a full-fledged commie. The myth is not reality.
So being property of the federal government checks out tooCommunists don't like the concept of private property, Black people don't like being private property... checks out.
he would also detest the democratice party, affirmative action programs and black America in generalmlk would be banned on twitter

While I don’t disagree with the sentiment, it’s important to realize that you don’t have a right to vote in Federal elections. That’s why there are electorsThere are federal voting laws.
Alive, citizen, 18 years old, etc.etc
States allowing dead people, massive adjudication/vote stealing, phantom voters, destruction of ballots, double counting fake ballots all violate my federal right to have my vote counted.
That's not a state issue...
Bit it doesn't matter because they are all in on it or the few Republicans that aren't are too stupid or scared to do anything about it.
so here is that "british terrorist".

These attacks did not start flight in Yemen. Small drones means that there was a coordinated cell within AD. If this report is true, "striking at considerable distances" only means they radicalized someone there or got them smuggled in, which is nothing new really. How many come across our southern border?Drone attacks.

Yes but the federal election laws are for individuals. Are you saying fraud by the states is fine because it's the electors that actually cast the presidential vote? Why even have federal election laws? While I don’t disagree with the sentiment, it’s important to realize that you don’t have a right to vote in Federal elections. That’s why there are electors
so how did that terrorist get in 2 weeks ago?
