    Initially I would say yes to items currently not taxed at fhe federal level, but everything is negotiable along with the percentage rate. Food = x%, vehicles = x%, housing = x%. No federal tax forms to fill out, no deductions, no earned income, no records or receipts to keep up with, no audits...
