    Yep, in Fallujah, the grunts were investigated as they had soooo many head shots the media assumed they were "murders/close up assassinations". It was good marksmanship skills, steady nerves and the dome was the only viable target.

    Ever notice anyone using full-auto? They don't flinch at all.... Ever. It's all in the mind. Flinching is you expecting to do the job your rifle is supposed to do. It recoils, not you. You have other things you should be doing. It is your mind. Evidence? You try to convince yourself...

    I typically bruise a bit with my .300 mag after many rounds. It simply means I was not out jogging in a park with other girly men. Heck, shoot enough rounds, 5.56 will do the same. Try knitting. Just read the instructions first. You can poke your eye out... Or - try snugging tighter...
