I'm a passionate long-range shooter. Although I don't claim to be an expert, I've been fortunate to get to know several over the past few years and they've taught me a lot. I was learning so much that I decided to start a blog to just try to document things as I was coming along, in hopes that it could help new shooters trying to get into this sport make sense of everything. That eventually turned into PrecisionRifleBlog.com.

Honestly, a lot of what I've learned has come from The Hide. Great community here, unlike any other forum I've experienced. Most people are just trying to help everyone else out, and there aren't really loud, opinionated people trying to start fights or talk over everyone else. Seriously, this is something special. It was the first forum I joined when I started getting into this, and I'm proud to be part of it. Thank you guys for educating me!
