    reloadingnoob, are you running a compressed load? If so, that could be the case guage issue. What brass? Military brass has less volume. You never gave the brand of case or powder and charge.

    Measuring off case base to ogive for a round as loaded versus a jammed round, there is a gap of .021". Very close to my other gun.

    Are you using a powder drop on the Dillion? If so the variations in powder charges will have a much greater effect on accuracy than a few thousandths OAL.
