    I had one do this and it was the threads on the fireingpin assembly. Changed to a different assembly and that fixed the problem

    Re: Delrin Stock vs Fiber Glass? Delrin will shrink over time as it dries out. I work with precision fitted delrin parts and it shrinks up to .010 within a year of manufacturing.

    Re: Question about proper head spacing.... To do a quick check of how much your resizing your brass is take a 40s&w casing put it on the shoulder and measure your fired brass against the full length sized. That will give you the amount that your resizing.
