    Carrier XO'S are usually Captains also. In Trumans's case Captain Schriver is the XO. When GW commissioned the Senior Captain in the Navy was our Reactor Officer.

    It says a lot when you fly a CO from Norfolk instead of transferring command to the XO. XO and Gator are next on the chopping block if they haven't already been relieved. OPS might be close.
