    They started getting water out of the ocean as soon as they could get the aircraft back up. When you have 100 mph winds, you can’t fly and water drops would be useless. Strong winds are going to pick up again tonight and last until Wednesday so this is far from containment.

    It depends on the type of duty holster that is used. I used Safariland and some are angled towards your leg when worn on a belt and others are straight down. Not the best pic but it gives you an idea
