The digital Mitutoyo's I purchased in the early 80's still have a perfect measurement on a 1" gauge block. They haven't seen super heavy use, but are used regularly.
I didn't shoot it as we had to leave. Brandon did shoot it though - wonder if that'll be on the video? It's an ELR gun so definitely good out to 2000 and probably significantly more.
Saw part 2. A bit hard to tell, but looks like you did very well considering the wind. The first sighter shot was dead nuts! I'm hoping sending 230 gr pills downrange makes it a little more consistent when I have my go at it. Do you have any tips?
Nice shooting considering the wind! Normally I wouldn't even make the trip to the range if that was in the forecast. I'll be making the trip there in a couple of weeks and hoping for a calmer day!
I use the Magnus CB RR on my 300 PRC. I used the CB version because I have a bunch of other rifles with the CB brakes on them. Very happy with it. Pretty quiet and a major reduction in recoil.
I have both the 6.5CM M series and the SAC die. I like the SAC die better because it doesn't work the brass in the neck as hard. The A419 die sizes the neck too small and then opens it back with the mandrel which makes it a bit sticky as the mandrel goes back through the neck. In my case this is...
