I remember you getting a few of us hooked on the Fortner actions with pictures of yours! I think I was just quicker on finding a Dovetail AI mount for the 1827F's! Nice to see more options available for the action now! Cheers

You have what may be the best system for the 1827F with the use of the AI mount and a wickedly nice scope. I am not sure if you could improve on that without going to a 1727F action. I used the same mount system on my 1827F and it works! I found that I could mount the scope farther up on the...

I like the look of Hoser's but have too many stocks for the 1727F already. I did fit it to the 1827F wood that I had as well as the nice factory wood and the MDT chassis. The MDT chassis really did not have enough space for the trigger but it works great for a folder. Still need to do some more...

    The Fix from Q

Thanks to carson123987 for all the pictures and info posted, one of the more informative post on this thread! I wonder how long a wait for a 224 Valkyrie in a mini Fix? That would be a cool combo. Now to figure out where to buy in the US and get one approved for import to Canada

    The Fix from Q

Thanks, I have used Irunguns and Prophet River previously for many fine items and rifles, was interested in finding out if there is a Canadian Dealer for The Fix :) Thanks so much for the update! Will look forward to to seeing more on this rifle soon! Cheers,

Canadian dealer in the future for you? I would buy one today with the 16" 308 if you can get it across the border to my front door ;) What is the OAL when folded for the 16"?

That looks great, I sure hope Q gets a Canadian dealer network soon....6 lbs for a 16" 308 folder is impressive with all the features this has to offer!

Night Vision Plus and minus's on the ATN PS22 gen 2 or Armasight CO-MR Gen 2 and IR illuminator

Thanks! The mount shown is just a cheaper way to set up a clipon NV on multiply scopes for very little $$. Mine is a ATN PS22-CGT Gen 2+ as restrictions would not allow for a Gen 3+P. I would just spend the cash on the best unit you could afford and then look for IR extras only if needed. I have...

Night Vision Plus and minus's on the ATN PS22 gen 2 or Armasight CO-MR Gen 2 and IR illuminator

Just a cheap way to mount the clip on NV to any 30mm scope would be to use two 30mm 1.1" QD rings two 1/2" risers and a 14" acc rail. The only weight that stays on the day scope is the two 1.1" QD rings and the rest is a eash thing to attach for the night time fun. Can have the scope closer to...

    Annie 64 mpr

Our laws do not allow us to cut a barrel below 18" on a bolt gun. The overall length must remain over 26" when folded etc. and we are GTG. We can install any (<18") length of barrel that was "manufactured" at that length. The 1417 14" barrel rifle would be the same as a 20" barrel rifle as long...

This factory option would be the best as you do not mess with the barrel at all. The only difference is the 1/2x20 thread at the end but several places make adaptors with the .75" OD to match the barrel.

Would the Annie 1417 be an option? 14" factory threaded barrel at 1/2x20. A very light short rifle.

    Anschutz 1827F 22lr with wood

Hi Daryl, Thank you for the pictures and info. This is great news for a few ideas I have for a folding chassis style stock for the 1827F. Now I just wish I had more info on the new eberlestock 1827F biathlon chassis prior to starting anything. Wishing it had the take down feature for the stock...
