    Modacam Mod-x

Yes existing barrels can be used and extractor cuts machined in. There are provisions in place to accommodate tolerances in tenon length if needed without barrel modification. With a factory bolt head installed everything is as it was.

    Modacam Mod-x

The purpose as I've been asked is to more or less mimic the use of RimX mags in a Vudoo. I really like the RimX action and it made more sense for me to do this. People asked and I've created an option for it to happen and am very happy with the results. The video above is a compilation of...

    Modacam Mod-x

He was shooting the prototype RimX conversion to use hook type extraction. He put a lot of rounds on it quickly and put it to the test in AL this past weekend. It shot well for him and obviously passed the test so I’m happy. Several more of these are being done this week, one of which will be at...

NEW From Zermatt Arms - RimX Actions

The RimX is a very well made action. This conversion won’t be for everyone and that’s fine and is not the purpose . A lot of people like the idea of a Vudoo with a RimX mag. I more like the idea of a RimX as the base. I just took the things I liked the most from both and put them together to...

    Question about.22lr competition build

The only way I do much different is if it’s for sure an Eley only chamber. Most people don’t want to be tied down to that though. I ask for that purpose and to know what is best pertinent to test with on the particular rifle. If you see a 22LR-B after the logo engraving that is the designation...

Rim X failure to Fire update

First, make sure the set screws have not come loose in the cocking piece somehow and that the pin has not backed out. Your measurement should be much more and it’s either that or a bad mismatch of cocking piece to trigger if accurate. I’ve got plus .01, .02, and .03 cocking pieces. Feel free to...

Rim X failure to Fire update

What trigger is it, and how much pinfall do you have? Or maybe easier ballpark, how much does the pin stick out the back of the shroud when cocked?

    New Rimfire Project 2500x/Mullerworks/BnA

No real complaints so far. I did have to adjust the joystick. It would move slightly right after stopping on a bull. Once tightened it stopped. I’ve got the rubber padded feet for use on a concrete bench.

    New Rimfire Project 2500x/Mullerworks/BnA

I’d talk to Paul about turning that one to .900 before doing it. I’ve got a lot of .900s and sporters on order plus a truckload of 1.180s. If I get a surplus .900 I’ll let you know. I also have a bunch of 1” coming from Benchmark soon.

    New Rimfire Project 2500x/Mullerworks/BnA

I just had him do mine. He did a great job. I’m going to be having Jim Peightal do some flat tops for me soon so I’ll have plenty of work to do on them myself so I had Randy handle this one. You’ll like the 2500

It was 12 weeks from Randy when I got mine. It’s worth the wait.
