    Update on this thread. Sent the scope back to Zeiss on 9/10 via USPS Priority Mail. It finally arrived at Zeiss on 9/28 - it sat at the Cincinnati distribution center, ten miles from its destination, for 13 days.     Another vote for shootingtargets7. Com. I have their KYL rack and several of the 3/16" steel which reacts well to 22s at range. Consider marking the stand "22lr" or somesuch... Pic is from my flooded range after the recent hurricane, but you can see the 22lr steel is marked.

    Correct; absolutely false. Some FFLs still insist that other FFLs are trying to BS them when they ask for it via email. Just another example of how unexpected problems can delay proceedings anywhere in the chain.
