Sig Sauer - KILO3000 BDX LASER RANGEFINDING BINOCULARS

Getting a pair of binos with LRF AND a Mil reticle seems like a never ending wait. So, deciding between binos w/ a mil reticle, or LRF got me thinking... Anyone know or willing to measure the size of the Sig´s reticle? Does any part of the reticle correspond somewhat to Mils? (Like OD, ID, line...

Advanced Marksmanship Downscaling milling/range estimation and dialing elevation

I've been tinkering with a little project for the last week. In my backyard I'm only able to shoot at 25/50 meters, but I would like to practice my milling/range estimation AND dialing my elevation for longer ranges. So here's what I've come up with so far: I bought different sizes of...

According to the manual: "Weight comes from the factory set at 13-15 N (3 lbs) and can be adjusted between 10 and 20 N (2 1/4 to 4 7/16 lbs). " So not being able to go below 2 lbs will probably not be considered a faulty trigger by the manufacturer.

    KRG Bravo backbone

How easy is it to make the change? Is the buttstock held in place by the single screw behind the action?

    Shooting bipod on sand

Maybe bipod "snow shoes" would work well in the sand? Being already attached to the bipod you wouldn't need to carry any extra gear.. pic borrowed from:

Let’s see how you are mounting your LRF/Spotters together

Need a micro ballhead for the LRF. Then I'm all set.

    Imported carbon fiber tripod (RT90C)

@Ericsl2 Went to the range today to try it out. To answer your question: Yes I can. I could set the tension so I was able to pan/tilt/aim, but the rifle still stayed in place when I let it go. I thought it was pretty smooth. Never tried a RRS head though, so I can't compare. Bought it from...

    Imported carbon fiber tripod (RT90C)

Saw the new Innorel L54 ballhead. It's only ~$100, so worth a try. Quite beefier than the U44 that came with the tripod. And it has a lower "center of gravity" design. With the tension knob behind the ball rather than under it. So despite the larger ball, the overall height remains the same...

Shot a fairly quick weak side 6x5. Only at 25 meters though, but still sub moa average using CCI SV. Was a little worried I screwed the barrel up, since I hade to re-thread it 1/2-28 for the DIP brake. But looks like she's still a shooter.
