Former Infantry Staff Sergeant, now Medevac Pilot Lieutenant, I used to own and operate Shetland Tactical where we trained civilians and LE/MIL in firearms and military tactics. I was raised on a ranch in South Texas and took to shooting at an early age. I fire a Smith and Wesson M&P 9 with Storm Lake ported barrel and Apex trigger system, an Aero Precision upper/lower AR that I've pieced together from all my favorite manufacturers and parts, and a Remington 700 in .308 with heavy barrel that is currently between optics.
