    All the time, in fact some PRS stages specifically don't allow you to dial. 900-1000yd targets are pretty common as well.

    Definitely need a non tree version, especially for ELR and regular shooters. I'm all in on a tree for PRS but it seems like manufacturers have totally gotten away from a clean reticle.

    Another tweak is move the 1/10 hash marks for ranging on the vertical down below the 8 mil line, most PRS shooters have/do to use holdover and anything in the 4 mil range is used a lot and IMO those lines are in the way.

    Make the floating dot just a little smaller, whatever size the Vortex G3 Razor 6x36 is, it's perfect. The NF ATACR 7-35x56F1 floating dot is just a tad bit big IMO and I'm pretty sure it's .05mil

    300 PRC

    Did a velocity ladder test today, 75.6, 75.8, 76 and 76.2 was all within FPS!!!!! The second charge was 5fps slower, the other 3 charges was exactly the same speed! Ran the test all the way to 77.6gr and only then ran into a very faint ejector mark, primer still looked fine and bolt opened like...

    300 PRC

    Not OTM but I literally just built a 300PRC with the JGS AW 2 reamer, loaded 76gr of H1000, 215M primer, Lapua brass, topped with a 230 Hybrid and it shot 1/4" right out of the gate! Once I get it broke in I'll do bunch more experiments but I'm really close already!

    Definitely 8x40 IMO, another suggestion is ask this same question in the PRS forum, you'd get better feedback and factual answers from guys that actually compete probably.....

    I have an extra CDG action that I was considering building into 300nm but this 33xc really has my interest. I really wanted something to run through a magazine but single feed ain't the end of the world.
