For feeding the beast. Proof research is doing the 20oz lightweight mountain hunter at stockys for $800 it’ll come in under 28oz bedded with internal mag and bottom metal. I think I read it is the lone wolf design but am frequently wrong.
Those are the added component weights not additional weight to the bare stock.
And the carbon barrel should offset some of the weight of the can should you be hunting with that configuration. It’ll probably balance pretty good all spun up.
That stock is listed at 40 oz add 8oz for BDL bottom metal, Wyatt’s box, spring, follower and a couple oz of devcon it’ll likely come in a little heavier than you think. They usually do.

The long range/toy rifles that I don’t hump around all day are mil/mil the lightweight hunting rig wears a VX3 CDS windplex MOA reticle as it was there before I got wrapped up in this madness.
I used to use a wheeler, first the magnet holding the bit fell out then it felt like something internally galled.

I get a little of the same binding when running hard.
When pushing tail of bolt to the right and running slow it appears there is a little contact between the ejector and groove in the bolt head at the beginning of the forward stroke. Almost like the grove in the bolt for the ejector isn’t deep...
