    Im getting 2475 with my 14.5” GFR with hornady black at 50 rounds in. Not a huge difference in velocity.

    The difference is this is the rifle that Seal Devgru teams are issued as their Recce rifle, thus "maritime reconnaissance". They are currently using the 14.5 and 18" variants with Hux or AAC suppressors.
