    Back around 12 years ago and prior everyone was wanting to be at 3150 and where the 6 Creed got its barrel burner rep. .243 was doing the same before the 6 Creed. Now everyone is running 2750-2900 range so those barrels will last a lot longer. It can do it but not needed.

    Open is free game. You can shoot what you want and as fast as you want. 88s would definitely be there but then you are up against the others shooting 88s faster from other cartridges but in the end it’s hits that count. Not speed.

    No problem using 5/8-24 on a magnum .30. Works perfectly. Used it for years on 300WM with brakes and suppressors. If you want to keep everything 5/8-24 then you will be fine.

    It’s a screw up but nothing earth shaking. Still a great scope. Just run your data in MOA and go shoot the match.

    Just the rule. 77 and 3000fps max. Probably because up to 77 are the usual “tactical” used bullet weights. The 80+ are the more target style bullets. They had to limit it somewhere.

    Flow 6k can? And I agree as I like the 5-25 on my rifle. I use mine for long range and not close in work also. All comes down to the use.

    No there aren’t pros and cons to both. There is your way that will get you scammed and the way I wrote that won’t. You do what you like but you have been told so if you get scammed it’s on you.

    Suppressor Add Velocity?

    I doubt it. Some say they see maybe 10fps but I wouldn’t expect anything. None of mine have given me any velocity boost.

    Best All Around Supressor(titanium)

    My Nomad Ti XC came with Xeno and I like the set up with the brake but not for my bolt guns. I switched it to my B&T SRBS for my ARs and use a direct thread on my Nomad for bolt guns. When I get the HuxWrx it will be set up with Xeno too.
