    No, its your right, it goes over who can ask and who cannot ask you for proof of vax. I heard a radio announcer say that some venues in Northern CA would require a Vax card to attend a game etc. Its up to the individual to determine who they want to know.

    Yes it can be done, but unless you have a mill, it would be better to just buy a used CTR take off stock and bottom metal.
