Yeah come to think of it, why not just thread the end of the can for different “caps” and let the aftermarket make other stuff that fits the threads, leaving the liability to the end-user? That’s because those bolts are half ass makeshift workarounds That press was intended to be mounted with a M12 bolt with the head going through from the top and then it would be flush with the base of the press with a washer and nut screwed on underneath.
