    Leupold doesn't mark their rings as far as I remember. SPA is/was the manufacturer of the SIMRAD NV system. I don't know what it means.

    They're epoxied on, however if you follow the instructions it won't come off. The sight goes over the bead and the epoxy fills the void around it and adheres to the barrel.

    After reading everything above I doubt it was the torque driver now. It probably never clicked because the material gave up the ghost before the torque limit.
