    Very, very Pre - PRS

I got started shooting matches in 06 and matches back then were something else.

    Flat Coil Buffer Springs?

I can't say, usually people figure it out on their own and/or don't follow up, my mentioning of it was anecdotal.

    Flat Coil Buffer Springs?

I feel like most people get them because it doesn't make the sproingy sound. Almost every time someone has an issue with an A5 buffer system I've also noticed that they're using a flat wire spring too. Coincidence? I'm just saying that other than a bit of extra noise, milspec springs work...

    My Inexpensive Tac Table Solution

I salvaged the ones I have off of a broken stock but you can buy similar plates online. https://warsawwoodco.com/mlok-panel/ I'm not sure I'll regularly mount stuff to the table but I'll have the option.

    My Inexpensive Tac Table Solution

I'm 90% done with this one, just going to paint it over the weekend. It's not pretty but it's functional. - 6" X 9" mini bamboo cutting board - Low profile Arca plate - Jessup non skid tape - MLOK inserts - 10-32 screws and hardware

    My Inexpensive Tac Table Solution

I made one that similar to that too and it's worked well for quite a while. I'm going to try out a new one made from a bamboo cutting board I saw at the grocery store that will have some mlok inserts embedded in it, a non-skid surface, and a lower profile arca rail on the bottom. Maybe some...

    Scoped Carbine Cheat Sheet

I just realized the attached file isn't the correct version, I'll have to correct that later this week when I'm back in the office.

Bear Creek Arsenal rangefinders and spotting scopes

You've been given some recommendations for a LRF and spotting scope that are better than the BCA options, both of which were about $200 each. No one in this thread has told you that you have spend thousands of dollars on equipment, in fact, by SH standards I'd say the responses have been pretty...

    Scoped Carbine Cheat Sheet

I put together a scoped carbine cheat sheet that I thought some people here might find useful. I made a more generalized AR-15 version a while ago but I wanted to make one that was tailored more towards the scoped general purpose rifles, DMR's, and SPR's with LPVO's, 2.5-10's, 4-16's etc...as a...

Despite appearances you aren't the only one in that boat, believe me.

Bear Creek Arsenal rangefinders and spotting scopes

I have no direct experience with BCA, but I've used a not small quantity of scopes, rangefinders, and spotting scopes in my time and I can tell you that there's no free lunch when it comes to any of it. Bear Creek isn't making these themselves, the LRF is a reskinned Heinrich Tech Tomahawk LRF...

    First 2-Gun Match AAR

Well, first 2-gun match in over 2 1/2 years so it felt a bit like starting over. The Guns: Springfield Armory Saint Victor 5.56, all stock except for a Schmid 2-stage match trigger with JP springs and a DIY cheek riser on the BCM stock. I was using a Vortex PST II 1-6 with a piggybacked Sig...
